Help Center: First Time Sign-In

Accessing the Help Center

1. Go to the North Star Help Center: support.gonorthstar.group
2. Select Sign In in the upper-right corner.
3. Select New to North Star? Sign Up.
4. Enter your name and North Star email address (First.Last@gonorthstar.group).
5. Select Sign Up.
6. Follow the prompts to create your password.

Once your account is created, you can sign in anytime to access North Star Help Center resources.
